iPal Media LLC (“iPal Media,” “we,” “our”) operates digital products and services including SMS-based consumer applications. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information across all iPal Media products.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: Phone number (required for SMS products), names and details of people you tell us about, preferences, and feedback you share through our services.

Automatically collected: Message timestamps, interaction counts, and technical data necessary to deliver the service. We do not track location, browsing history, or install tracking pixels.

How We Use Information

• To deliver and personalize our services
• To send you messages you've opted into (responses, reminders, recommendations)
• To improve our products and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Security

All personal information is encrypted using AES-256-GCM at the application layer before being written to our databases. We use HMAC-SHA256 hashed indexes for lookups, meaning even database access does not expose plaintext personal data.

Raw message content is never stored permanently. Messages are processed in memory, and only structured information (names, dates, preferences) is retained and encrypted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Service providers: Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), cloud hosting providers. These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• Affiliate partners: When you click a product link, the retailer sees the click but not your personal information.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.

SMS Communications

By texting our service numbers, you consent to receive text messages related to the service you engaged with. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. You can request deletion of all your data by texting DELETE or emailing [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data (text INFO or email us)
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (text DELETE or email [email protected])
• Opt out of communications at any time (text STOP)

We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our services.
