Acceptance

By using any product or service operated by iPal Media LLC (“iPal Media”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Individual products may have additional terms that supplement these.

Our Services

iPal Media builds and operates digital products including SMS-based AI applications. Our services are provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when using our services
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our systems
  • Do not use our services to harass, spam, or harm others
  • One account per phone number per product

SMS Services

By texting any iPal Media service number, you consent to receive text messages related to that service. Message frequency varies by product and your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any service number to unsubscribe. Text HELP for assistance.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some of our products recommend third-party products and services. We may earn commissions from purchases made through links we provide. Recommendations are generated by AI based on your stated preferences and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for third-party products, their quality, or their fulfillment.

Intellectual Property

All iPal Media products, content, branding, and technology are owned by iPal Media LLC. Content you provide (messages, preferences, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

iPal Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any. AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees.

Termination

You can stop using our services at any time by texting STOP. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
